As part of the Long Night of the Sciences at TU Berlin, Angelika Königseder will speak in her lecture “The Image of the ‘Jew’” about the development of anti-Jewish depictions. Using examples, she shows how antisemitic depictions of Jews were already circulating before the agitation of the Stürmer and the invention of the internet.
